Core Restoration Training
8 week program outline
What is it?
An 8 week program where you are taught a series of daily exercises focusing on your breath and teaching you what your core actually is.
Assessment
Your initial 60min session checks for any possible abdominal separation, your current abdominal muscle tone & your postural alignment. We will also talk about sleep, nutrition & daily habits.
Sessions
Every week we will work through one new exercise every week along with honing in on the previous weeks’ exercises to ensure you are performing everything properly. Sessions are available online or in person.
Homework
You are given movement homework every week to work on prior to our next session. It is critical to the flow of the program that you complete the homework so we can stay on track.
What Changes Will You See?
Don’t expect to walk away with 6 pack abs. Instead you might notice a decrease or elimination of low back pain, minimization of your ‘mummy tummy’, minimization of your abdominal separation a tighter pelvic floor.
Completion
At the end of the 8 weeks you will be armed with a booklet outlining all the exercises & their progressions. The movements will aid in your every day life and movement like carrying or picking up your children.
