Erin shares her passion of health and wellness with many people especially expectant and new mothers. Her doula training, many years of doula practice and being a mother herself, partnered with her fitness passion and training gives her valuable insight as to the changes ones body goes through during & after pregnancy and the desire to return it back to 'normal'. Erin helps women discover what their body's new normal is and how to embrace it, make it stronger and love the skin that they are in.

As a Bellies Inc. Core Confidence trainer Erin helps women with diastasis (DRA) strengthen their abdominal muscles prior to returning to a fitness regime, this helps ensure they don’t cause any further damage to their abdominals and pelvic floor.

Although pre and postnatal fitness is Erin's passion she also enjoys delivering personal training programs to the general population.

In her spare time Erin is active skiing, jogging, hiking, working out, testing her clients fitness plans and walking her dog.
