a female body endures during many stages in life. I am committed to

providing a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment where every

woman can thrive and feel supported in her journey. By building a

community of strength, health, and well-being, I aim to inspire women

to care for themselves with the same love and attention they give to

everyone around them. As someone who is experienced in the fields of

fitness and motherhood I am passionate about guiding women through

a transformative process that not only builds physical strength but also

enhances their overall quality of life.

Life took me on many paths throughout the years, one of those being in the event industry. I had an amazing career as a corporate conference planner. I loved the hustle and bustle of it all, the organization, meeting new people and the overwhelming sense of accomplishment once a conference was executed. I loved my job, until my first daughter arrived and I quickly realized my absolute love for babies and all the joy they brought to lives. After a shortened maternity leave my return to work no longer lit that fire in me that it once did. I longed to be home with my daughter and watch the magic as she grew. 3 years later daughter number 2 arrived and I knew I was no longer destined to be a corporate working mom. The fire was snuffed and I needed to do something that would light that fire again and fill my cup.

After much time and research I decided to become a birth doula, I mean what better way to be around pregnant women and babies on a regular basis! I took my doula training through DONA International and officially became a doula. This was the most amazing way to experience all the beautiful joys pregnancy and babies bring into this world. Through this journey I noticed a glaring gap in the fitness industry — the lack of targeted personal training specifically designed for pregnant and new mothers.

Witnessing firsthand the unique challenges and needs of these women ignited a passion to fill this void, thus shaping the future direction of my career. My commitment to health and wellness was not born out of mere observation but from my deeply personal journey.

Fueled by a passion for health and wellness, I embarked on a mission to create a training program that not only addresses the physical aspects of fitness but also the emotional and psychological well-being of pregnant, new mothers & women in general. Understanding that each woman’s journey is unique, I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of my clients, fostering an environment of support, encouragement, and empowerment.

The joy and satisfaction derived from working closely with clients, witnessing their transformation, and seeing the positive impact of fitness on their lives are the driving forces behind my dedication. It's not just about achieving fitness goals; it's about nurturing confidence, strength, and a sense of community among women who are navigating one of the most transformative phases of their lives.
